On first meeting Lizzie at 9 am as promised, she introduced herself and explained that she would be as unobtrusive as possible but explaining that she & Nicola had fully discussed the shots that were wanted. She confirmed her colleague had gone to get some ‘candid’ shots of the boys & he would join her later.

Lizzie was extremely professional & courteous at all times ensuring that no one felt compromised or indeed that she was getting in the way. She made suggestions  & then executed them often running from room to room carrying things personally. She had a lovely manner about her & we soon forgot she was even there. As someone who loathes their photo being taken I felt I never actually had to ‘pose’ for her & that reflected in the relaxed look on our faces of the final pictures. She quickly established relationships and personalities and used her people skills and diplomacy to merge between. Ensuring everyone was comfortable.

The final photographs are a delight and were clearly taken with care and great attention to give us an insight into areas we were too busy or unable to see. I have already recommended Lizzie to a colleague whose daughter is getting married soon and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her further. A job well done!

“From the moment we met Lizzie and Rhoddy we were impressed by their drive, enthusiasm and vision for our special day.

Our pre-wedding meeting went very well, and we discussed all aspects of the day that they would cover, how best to go about it, and what we would like to see captured in our images. I found them easy to talk to, and as a male/female couple, could see the day from both angles. There was a followup email to confirm and re-iterate what we’d said, and soon it was the Big day itself.

The bride’s early morning preparations were covered expertly and unobtrusively, with some beautiful shots of the bride in “hair and makeup”. They travelled with the bride to the venue, and continued shooting in the luxurious location of the wedding, capturing the grandeur of the venue along with the beauty of the bride.

Once the day was in full swing, the evening entertainment came alive in the photographs as Lizzie and Rhoddy slid unnoticed from room to room, capturing natural moments from the day.

We were SO looking forward to seeing the pictures after the big day, and we were not disappointed. The images were truly wonderful, from the early-morning shots to the fantastic late evening ones, they really capture the fun, the atmosphere and the magic of the whole day. We were really, REALLY pleased with them, and were looking forward to seeing the full-sized images on the DVD. This duly turned up in the next couple of days beautifully presented in their retro style, carefully tied with ribbon and all the little required documents fitting perfectly in the DVD packaging.

We found Lizzie and Rhoddy friendly, helpful and enthusiastic when discussing our photographic plans, and a delight to be with throughout the day. They were professional and helpful, moving through the busy rooms of the venue like ghosts to capture the raw and delightful nature of the day.
