Considering we’ve had such bad weather lately, I was very lucky to have a couple of hours rain free yesterday for my wedding shoot in London!
I planned this shoot just about a week ago, and enrolled Lionel and Laura as my bride and groom for the day. They couldn’t have been better sports battling the bitterly cold wind we had to deal with! Laura is an Australian beauty who is a full time model and had come over to London for a photo shoot. In true Australian style she wore flip flops with her wedding dress to get from one location to another!
It all started with a 5:30am start on Sunday, Me and my partner Rhoddy left for Columbia Road flower market to try and get a wedding bouquet and buttonhole made. We arrived there really early so that we wouldn’t cause too much trouble getting someone to help us out. Of course me being me I unfortunately left with a hand full of flowers wrapped in cellophane, and nothing that resembled a wedding bouquet! I managed to find a corner shop in the middle of nowhere and luckily enough they had some pink ribbon and pins that I could use to try and assemble my own bouquet. I’m really not the most crafty of people going, I have tried to make a bouquet before, and it really was an absolute disaster!
Whilst Dorota the Make-Up Artist worked her magic on Laura, and Rhoddy popped off to get some Tea, Lionel and I tried our very best to assemble the bouquet! It has to be said, despite the buttonhole failure, I think we did a very good job with the bouquet!
The shoot was short and sweet, lasting just one hour. We had lot’s of giggles, and it was such a pleasure to work with such a relaxed and friendly team!

These are so beautiful, amazing locations (particularly love the crazy silver walls!), and I NEED those floral shoes!
